Since picture taking was prohibited in the exhibit spaces, I took photos of the galleries themselves. Harhar. Met up with Audrey and her family, and Clarisse (again) and Ate Kim! Many, many thanks to Audrey and her mom for letting me crash in their hotel room. Hehe.

My last full day in Bangkok.

It was crowded, and we struggled to get around. But the battle for middle earth paid off. The morning was concluded with a nice lunch near the Thamassat campus area. Thank you to Sunit for bringing us around.

I'm quite shamed to say that this was my first trip to the National Library. This bookworm spends more time at booksale. Harhar. Met other story writers and illustrators. So proud of the Inkies.

National Children's Book day was celebrated at the National Library with the opening of the Children's Library and a program organized by the Philippine Board on Books for Young People (PBBY).

And the result was more devastating than the tsunami. Ahehehe. Not.

As always at the end of events like this, we emerge wide-eyed, amazed, inspired and armed with a bit more sense of urgency for the work at hand.

I also had the chance to see a bit of Colombo.
